All returns require an RMA number. Please email or call for RMA number.

RMA number must be written on the outside of the box.
RMA number is valid for 30 days. Returns received more than 30 days after the RMA is issued will be refused and returned to customer.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Cores must be returned within 30 days for credit.
All claims and returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
All shortages or damage must be reported within 10 days.
No returns or exchanges after 90 days.
Special ordered items are not returnable.
Missing parts from returned merchandise will be subject to replacement cost.
Parts that have been installed, modified, or painted are not returnable.
All returned products must be in original packaging (If applicable) and in new, saleable condition.
BPI is not responsible for labor fees associated with installation, removal, modification, painting, or repair of any product purchased regardless of circumstances.
Important Information: Brewer’s Performance Inc, is not responsible for damaged or lost packages returned by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to properly pack and insure the merchandise. Customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier for any damaged merchandise, or lost packages sent to BPI.
